Oil-Free Crispy Potatoes

 1.     Preheat oven to 450℉.

2.     Pierce potatoes with a fork.

3.     Add whole potatoes to boiling pot of water for 5 minutes.

4.     Drain potatoes and allow to cool to handle.

5.     Cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.

6.     Spread onto parchment-lined cookie sheet.

7.     Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until potatoes start to turn golden.

8.     Enjoy with your favorite condiment!
